Terms and Conditions

By engaging in MCP First Aid Training services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration and Payment:

  • Registration for MCP First Aid training courses is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
  • Payment must be made in advance to secure your spot in the chosen course.
  • We accept payment via Bank Transfer and/or Cash.

Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled training date will receive a credit voucher or a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Failure to attend the training without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.
  • Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted by email to michael@mcpni.com.


  • Requests for rescheduling training dates must be made at least 72 hours prior to the originally scheduled date.
  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

Course Participation:

  • Participants are expected to arrive on time for each session of the training course.
  • Participants must actively engage in all training activities and assessments.
  • Failure to meet attendance or participation requirements may result in denial of certification.


  • Successful completion of the training course, including passing any assessments, is required to obtain certification.
  • Certification will be issued upon satisfactory completion of the course and payment of all applicable fees.

Media Usage Policy:

  • By participating in MCP First Aid training courses, you consent to the use of photographs, videos, or audio recordings taken during the training sessions for promotional and educational purposes.
  • MCP First Aid Training reserves the right to use such media in marketing materials, social media channels, the website, and other promotional materials without further consent.


  • MCP First Aid Training is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the training sessions, unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
  • Participants are responsible for their own safety and must adhere to all safety instructions provided during the training.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:
MCP First Aid Training reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
