MCP First Aid Training provides high quality, professional training to businesses and individuals throughout Northern Ireland, UK and ROI. We have experience of providing training across of a range of sectors including commercial, private, third sector and education.
Our goal is to equip our students with the knowledge and skills they will need to make potentially life-saving decisions.
MCP First Aid Training was started by our Clinical Training Manager Michael Penney, a healthcare professional with over 23 years’ experience working in the front line of emergency situations as a former paramedic and emergency responder.
Michael is the owner of MCP First Aid Training and the main trainer on our courses. A highly skilled, qualified trainer, he uses his many years of front-line experience, to support and enhance our learners experience in whatever course they undertake.
Our courses provide students with a supportive, quality, relaxed, professional training experience. Using the most up to date equipment, theory and skills we aim to help students to build their confidence and knowledge to help them take appropriate actions in the many challenging situations they might find themselves in.
Our trainers undertake regular continuous professional development, and we work hard to ensure all our training is in keeping with the most up to date regulations. Our current ‘in person’ training is in keeping with government guidelines on COVID-19.
Providing a quality, professional training experience is important to us, so we deliver courses from trusted providers such as Nuco Training and Pro Trainings, whom oversee the delivery, structure and quality assurance of all our training.
All students undergo rigorous assessment as part of our training. On successful completion of our courses, students receive a nationally regulated qualification, awarded through the courses respective awarding body.
